According to a report by the London Homes Coalition, up to 31,000 workers are needed in London over the next five years to support new build homes. This shortfall is significant, and it is a similar picture across the whole country. This panel will explore how to approach construction skills within a changing world of work:

  •  Driving a more equitable approach to construction skills.
  • Alternative funding solutions to invest in skills development.
  • Challenging negative perceptions through promoting the digital innovation, technology and design aspects of construction to attract new talent.
