At AirEx, we’re making homes more energy efficient with the world’s first smart air brick; a simple, smart solution for homes with suspended floors. The AirEx Floorvent replaces traditional air bricks. With built-in sensors and weather information it allows intelligent airflow, closing to reduce heat loss and improve thermal comfort and then opening to reduce humidity and stop damp and mould, depending on environmental conditions. It improves SAP scores by around 2–4 points, reduces draughts, and keeps homes warm. It’s easy to install. Plus, by cutting heat loss, it lowers energy bills for residents.
