At Upkeep Training we are passionate about helping housing professionals provide and maintain good quality homes for residents. A home is more than just a building and we never forget that a housing service is about more than just repairs and maintenance. We’ve been teaching people about the care, refurbishment and improvement of residents’ homes for over 25 years, believing good maintenance is the starting point in delivering a great service and is fundamental to environmental sustainability. We offer qualifications and short courses for people working in housing, property management and facilities management.
